Instructions: 1 hour before you are going to wash your hair, apply this oil all over the scalp and the ends of your hair so it can soak in, and you can really harness all of the benefits of this product. You can repeat this as often or as little as you would like to, and you can even leave this on overnight if you would like, just wear some sort of shower cap to protect your pillowcase and sheets.
